I love a good salad but definitely like to experiment with ingredients - a change from the basic lettuce, tomato, croutons, dressing... This salad was so good I ate it every day for a week!
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Fresh spinach
Candied walnuts
Dried cranberries
Crumbled bacon bits
Crumbled goat cheese
Buttered croutons
Sliced Granny Smith apple
Topped with Pomegranate vinaigrette
So simple, soooo good!
